Jaikishan Restaurant

Jaikishan Restaurant is on the Mehsana-Radhanpur Road. We are right at the Sami Cross Road in Sami Patan, Gujarat. If you are looking for us, we are opposite the Anant Petrol Pump. This is a very useful spot because travelers often stop for fuel and then realize they are hungry. We started this restaurant to serve those people. It is a very hot and dry area, so we provide a place to sit out of the sun. The building is simple and functional. We don't have air conditioning, just some fans and open windows. We serve local Gujarati food that is familiar to everyone around here. Our ingredients come from the local markets in Sami. We don't have any fancy training; we just cook the way we know how. The staff is just a small group of us. We work every day from early morning. The road outside is usually busy with big trucks and cars going towards Radhanpur. The restaurant gets a bit dusty because of the traffic, but we do our best to sweep it out. It is not a luxury place by any means. It is just a roadside eatery where you can get a decent meal for a fair price. We've been here for several years. We don't have any big plans, we just want to keep the kitchen running and serve the people who stop by.
