Our place is over in Hari Batica in Bettiah. Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma is usually around the office at Lakshit Agrico Private Limited. Bettiah is in West Champaran, and it has a very specific feel to it. It’s not like the big cities. Things are more personal here. We have our setup where we handle the agrico side of things. It’s mostly about helping out with what the soil needs. Some days are very long, especially when the planting season is near. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just talk to the people who walk in. The building is simple and we keep it that way. We spend a lot of time looking at the weather reports because that’s what matters most to the folks we work with. West Champaran is a place with a lot of history, and we are just one small part of it now. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall nearby while we discuss the latest seed prices or tool repairs. It is a very normal life. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help farmers get what they need so they can go back to their fields. That’s the whole point of Lakshit Agrico being here in Bettiah. It’s about being useful to the neighbors and making sure the local agricultural supply chain keeps moving along.
