We are out here in Jhargram, in the Paschim Medinipur district. The air is a bit different here compared to the bigger cities. It is more open, with more trees around the area. Our location is pretty basic. We don't have any of those shiny office decorations you see in magazines. It’s mostly just concrete, some metal, and the sound of work going on nearby. The roads leading into town are okay, but they can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We’ve been part of this landscape for a good while. Most of the people working here are locals who grew up just a few kilometers away. We have our routines that we follow every day. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or transport issues, but we just take it as it comes. We don't spend much time talking about ourselves. We’d rather just get on with the task at hand. The office gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open. You can hear the birds and the distant noise of the town. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't try to impress anyone with big speeches or fancy logos. We just stand here in Jhargram and do our job as best as we can manage. That’s really all there is to say about us. We are just a local group doing our daily bit.
