Jai Maa Chandi Steel

Jai Maa Chandi Steel is based out in the village of Jamna, which is part of the Pingla area in West Midnapur. It’s a rural setting, so things move a bit slower here than they might in the big cities. We like it that way. Our work involves a lot of steel handling, and having the space out here helps us manage the heavy loads. The workshop is a basic structure, nothing fancy to look at, but it has everything we need to get the job done. We are a small team, mostly locals from the village and nearby spots. We know each other well, which makes the long days easier. There isn’t a lot of foot traffic out here, so we mostly deal with people who specifically need what we provide. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan; we just rely on doing the work and letting people see it for themselves. The road to get here can be a bit rough after a heavy rain, but we are always here. Working with steel is hard work, and we don't try to dress it up as anything else. It’s about being reliable and staying consistent with what we do every day. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and plan to stay right here in Jamna.
