Acme Engineering Works

Our workshop is found at 156, Gole Bazar, in the Paschim Midnapur district. Gole Bazar is a very lively place, and being right in the middle of it means there is always something going on outside our doors. We handle all sorts of engineering work and repairs. People bring in parts that are broken or need to be fabricated from scratch. It’s a hands-on kind of place where you’ll see us with grease on our hands and tools scattered across the workbenches. We don't have a fancy showroom. What you see is a working machine shop where we spend our hours cutting, welding, and fixing things. The noise of the market outside blends in with the sound of our drills and saws. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, and many of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We don't use any complicated systems; we just look at what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes a job is simple and takes an hour, other times we are stuck on a problem for a couple of days. That is just the nature of engineering work. We don't have a website or do any big promotions. We just open up the shutters every morning and see what the day brings. It’s a practical life, and we are happy to be working here in Midnapur. It's a busy market area and we fit right in.
