If you head out to West Midnapur in West Bengal, you’ll find us in a place called Kusumda, near Mundamari. It’s quite a way from the big cities. The air is a bit cleaner here and there’s more green around. Eta Engineering Pvt. Ltd is based in this quiet corner. It’s a very different vibe from an office in Kolkata or Delhi. We work out of a simple building that fits into the local surroundings. Our daily routine involves a lot of technical work, but we also spend time talking to the locals. The pace of life is slower in Midnapur, but the work still has to get done. We have our files, our tools, and our computers all set up in a way that makes sense for us. Sometimes the roads to get here are a bit rough, especially after a heavy monsoon rain. But we like it here. It’s home. We don’t have any corporate slogans or polished speeches. We just know how to handle engineering projects and we do them from this small village setup. Most of the staff comes from nearby areas. We know each other’s families and what’s happening in the neighborhood. It’s more than just a job; it’s being part of the community while doing our engineering tasks. We just keep it simple and focus on the day’s work without overthinking things or making it complicated.
