Soneka Chemicals

Soneka Chemicals is based at Plot No. 19/1 in the Taloja MIDC area. If you’ve ever been to this part of Raigad, you know it’s a massive industrial zone with trucks everywhere. We are right near the TCI Godown, which is a good landmark because people always get lost trying to find specific plots. Our facility is pretty much what you’d expect from a chemical unit. It’s industrial, practical, and built for work, not for looks. We deal with various chemicals, so we are always wearing our gear and keeping an eye on the safety protocols. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We are usually covered in some kind of dust or just plain sweat from the heat. The noise of the neighboring factories is always in the background, like a constant hum. We’ve got a small team, and we mostly keep to ourselves. When we aren't handling the chemicals, we are busy with the endless paperwork that comes with this industry. We don’t have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell people we make chemicals and we’ve been doing it at this spot in Taloja for a long time. The logistics are the hardest part, trying to get the tankers in and out through the narrow gated areas, but we manage somehow even when the traffic in Raigad gets completely backed up.
