We are located over at Plot No - 6A in the MIDC Industrial Estate out in Taloja. If you've ever been to Taloja, you know it’s a massive area filled with all kinds of factories. Johnson Matthey Chemicals India Pvt Ltd has been operating from this plot for a good while. It's a busy site where something is always happening. We have shifts running, and there’s a constant flow of materials coming in and out of the gates. The air usually has that distinct industrial smell, and the noise of the plant is just something you stop noticing after a week on the job. Our office part is right near the main entrance of Plot 6A. It’s not a glamorous place, just lots of concrete and steel, but it’s where we do our best work. We spend a lot of time on safety checks and making sure the chemical processes are running like they should. It’s a lot of responsibility, and the team here takes it seriously, even if we’re just regular folks. We eat our lunch together in the canteen and talk about the local news or the commute. Taloja is a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it’s just where the work is. We keep our heads down and focus on the production schedules. It’s a steady life here at the MIDC estate. We just keep things moving and hope the traffic isn't too bad on the way out.
