Shalgan Chemicals

You’ll find us over at Plot No. 36 in Sector 4 of Khargar. We are quite near Yerala Medical College, so it’s a landmark we often tell people to look for. Shalgan Chemicals is a straightforward business. We deal with chemical supplies and distribution. The office and storage area are combined, so there’s always a bit of a warehouse feel to the place. It’s just a few of us here, and we’ve been at this for quite some time. We aren’t a massive corporation with a glass building. We just have a sturdy gate and some shelves full of inventory. The day usually starts early with checking orders and making sure the deliveries are ready to go out. Khargar has grown a lot, and being in Sector 4 is convenient for getting onto the main roads. We don’t do much in terms of promotion. Most of the people we work with have been our customers for years. They know where we are and how we work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit of a dusty job, and we spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. We like the routine of it. It’s not a flashy industry, but it’s an important one. We just focus on getting the right products to the people who need them without any fuss. It's just a regular, local business.
