Shri Mahabir Adarsh Senior Secondary School

You can find us over on Sanoli Road in Ward No 11. It’s a busy part of Panipat, lots of shops and traffic all around us. The school is right in the middle of it all. We have been running things here for years. It’s a senior secondary school, so we have the older kids preparing for their big exams. The hallways are usually full of students rushing to their next class. We have a lot of rooms, but it still feels a bit tight sometimes. The staff room is always a mess of papers and tea cups. We don't pretend to be a fancy private academy. We are just a local school doing our job. The noise from Sanoli Road is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We have a playground, but it’s not huge. The kids make do with it. Our focus is just on the daily lessons. We have some science labs and a library, but they are pretty basic. Most of our students come from the surrounding neighborhoods. We know their parents and their siblings. It’s a community feeling, even if the building is a bit worn down in places. We keep the gates locked during school hours for safety. At the end of the day, there’s a big rush of bicycles and buses when everyone heads home. It’s hard work, but we like it.
