Rachna Tour & Travels

We are based over on Idgah Road, right near the Idgah itself in the Model Town area. It is a very convenient spot because we are so close to the Panipat railway station. You can usually hear the trains from our office throughout the day. We have been here for a long time and have seen many people come and go from the station. The office is quite basic, just a place for us to sit and handle the phone calls and bookings. We keep a small fleet of vehicles parked nearby for when people need a ride or a tour. It is a busy part of town, especially when a big train arrives. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. Most of our work comes from people who live in Model Town or travelers who just arrived at the station and need help getting around. We don’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. We just tell people what is available and let them decide. The neighborhood is good and we know most of the other shopkeepers around the Idgah. It is a straightforward business and we just try to be useful to the people who stop by. We are usually here early in the morning before the first trains start pulling in.
