Our little office is located at 1097/3 in Chuni Lal Halwai Gali. This is right off the main GT Road in the Pachranga Bazar area of Panipat. It is a very crowded and lively part of the city. To find us, you have to go down the narrow lane near the famous halwai shop. We have been in this spot for many years. It is a family business, and we don't have a lot of extra staff. The room we work in is small and tucked away from the main noise of the bazar, though you can still hear the shouting of the vendors. We handle all sorts of travel bookings from this tiny space. We don’t spend any money on fancy decorations or big signs. Most people know us because they have lived in the area for a long time. It is the kind of place where people just drop in for a chat and to ask about car prices. We like the energy of the bazar, even if it gets a bit too much on festival days. We don’t do anything corporate or formal. We just sit down with a cup of tea and figure out the best way for someone to get where they are going. It’s a very local way of doing things, and it has worked for us for a long time now.
