Our small office is tucked away at 329/4 in Panipat City, right near the Urban Bank. If you know the Gu Mandi Bazar area, we’re pretty easy to spot. It’s a busy market street with lots of people walking by all day. We mostly handle travel bookings and tours for people around here. It’s not a complicated business, just helping folks get their bus tickets or plan a trip when they need to visit family or go on a holiday. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the shop when a few people come in at once asking about train timings or car rentals. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking routes and prices. Panipat can be a bit chaotic, and our street is no exception. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here, answering the phone and writing out itineraries. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to tell people to wait a minute while the page reloads. It’s part of the daily routine. We’ve been at this location for a while now, so the locals know where to find us when they’re planning to head out of town. It’s a simple setup, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of travel maps. We just try to get the details right so nobody gets stuck. It's mostly just about being there when someone needs a ticket.
