Super Ceiling Industries

Our factory is located at Plot No. 250 in the HSIIDC Industrial Area of Alipur, Barwala. It’s a large industrial zone, so it’s mostly just big sheds and wide roads for trailers. We spend most of our time on the production floor where we handle all the ceiling materials. It’s a dusty environment, as you can imagine with the kind of stuff we make. We don't have a polished showroom with lights and decorations. If you come to see us, you’ll probably walk right into the middle of the manufacturing process. There are always stacks of finished panels waiting to be loaded onto trucks. The office is just a small partitioned corner where we keep the ledgers and the telephone. It’s often quite loud because of the heavy machinery running just a few feet away. We don't use much marketing talk here; we just show people what we’ve made and let them decide. The workers are mostly guys from the Barwala area who have been with us since we started. We eat lunch together in the shade when it’s hot. The HSIIDC area can get pretty quiet in the evenings once the shift ends, which is a nice change from the noise during the day. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We just want to get the orders right and keep the machines running smoothly without too many breakdowns or issues along the way.
