Star Steel Fabrication

Our shop, Star Steel Fabrication, is over at Sco 394. We are in Cabin No. 6 on the 1st Floor, right in Sector 20. It’s a bit of a small space, being a cabin and all, but we make it work for the design and planning side of our fabrication business. Most of the heavy lifting and actual welding happens elsewhere, but this is where we sit down and talk to people about what they need built. Being in Sector 20 is great because it’s a central spot. You have to come up to the first floor to find us. It’s usually just a couple of us in the cabin, surrounded by drawings and measurements. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of projects going on at once. We don’t really have any fancy furniture or decorations. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We spend our time figuring out how to put steel together in the best way possible. Sometimes we stay late when a job is urgent, just drinking tea and going over the numbers. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just do fabrication and try to get the work done right for the people who ask us. If you are in Sector 20, you can just pop in and see us in Cabin 6. It isn't much, but it's where the work gets started.
