Meer Pharmaceuticals is based out of Pinjore, specifically at C/O Arun Sharma Ghatiwala. Pinjore has its own pace, and we’re located right in the middle of it. We’ve set up our pharmaceutical business here to handle various supplies and distribution needs. It’s not a large corporate office. In fact, it’s quite a modest space. We spend most of our time managing inventory and dealing with the logistical side of the pharma world. It involves a lot of checking batch numbers and making sure deliveries are on schedule. Being in the Panchkula district gives us good access to the surrounding areas, which helps with our work. We aren't a team of hundreds; it’s just a small group of us keeping things going. We don’t use a lot of fancy business talk. We just focus on getting the job done. Sometimes the logistics can be a headache, especially with the local traffic, but we figure it out. Our day-to-day is mostly about consistency and making sure we don't miss any details in our records. We’ve been part of the Pinjore community for a while now, and it feels like a good place for a business like ours. It’s a straightforward setup where we put in the hours and make sure the medicine supplies are handled correctly and distributed to the right people. It isn't glamorous, but it is important work that needs to be done right every single day without fail.
