Shaleen Pharmaceuticals

We are based out of the Industrial Area, Phase I in Panchkula. Shaleen Pharmaceuticals is located at number 53, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup. We spend our time making and packing medicines. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s important, so we stay focused. The area around us is full of other factories and warehouses, so there’s always trucks moving around and people heading to work. Inside our place, it’s mostly about following the rules and making sure the batches are right. We aren't a massive pharmaceutical giant with a huge marketing budget. We are just a local business in Haryana doing our part. The office part of the building is usually a bit noisy from the machinery nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just make sure the products are made correctly and sent out on time. It’s a lot of routine, but that’s what makes it work. We’ve been here for years and most of us live nearby, so it’s a local operation through and through. We just come in, do the work, and head home, hoping we did a good job that day. There’s no mystery to it, just honest work in a busy industrial park.
