We are Sheoganj Leopard Resort And Club Limitedliability Partnership, and you can find our office on the first floor over at 270/271 in Shripal Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but we usually just think of ourselves as the team at the resort. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of running a place like this from our spot in Sheoganj. It isn’t always easy balancing everything, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. Shripal Nagar is a nice area and being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of what’s happening on the street. We aren’t a giant chain with thousands of employees. It’s just a small group of us making sure the resort and the club side of things stay on track. We get a lot of locals and people passing through, and we try to treat everyone the same way. Sometimes we run into issues with the building or the paperwork, but we just sit down and figure it out together. There aren't any fancy boardrooms here, just our desks and a lot of coffee. We focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the business alive. We enjoy the work because it keeps us connected to the people around here. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re glad to be doing it in Sheoganj. We've been here a few years now and it's starting to feel like we really belong.
