Ridhi Sidhi Mills Pvt. Ltd. is based at E-64 in the Industrial Area Phase 2 of Pali- Marwar. This part of Rajasthan is known for its textile work, and we are just one of the many mills operating here. Our building is a simple structure that holds our machinery and the materials we work with daily. The heat in Pali can be really intense, which makes the work inside the mill quite tough sometimes. We deal with various fabrics, mostly doing the heavy lifting and processing that happens before things reach the shops. It’s a lot of manual labor combined with operating the equipment. We don't have a corporate office with fancy chairs; we have stools and desks that have seen better days. That is fine with us because we are here to work, not to sit around.
