We are set up at No. 10 in the Industrial Area, right near the RIICO office. Being in an industrial zone means it’s always loud and there’s always a lot of truck movement, but it suits what we do at Subodh Textiles. We’ve got a decent amount of space here to keep our machinery and the fabric we work with. It's not the kind of place you’d visit for the view, but it’s perfect for heavy-duty textile work. The proximity to the RIICO office makes things a bit easier for paperwork and stuff like that. We spend most of our hours making sure the looms are running okay or checking the quality of the finished cloth. It’s a lot of repetition, but that’s how you get things right in this line of work. The dust from the threads is something you just get used to after a week. We have a small crew and we all know our roles. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor because the work happens in the back where the fabric is. It’s a straightforward operation. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big order needs to be packed up. We’ve been here long enough that the local drivers know exactly where to find us without needing directions. We aren't fancy, but we know how to handle the textiles and keep the machines going through the busy season without many complaints.
