Rajshree Building Materials

Our yard is located on Station Road in Himmat Nagar 2. It is a very busy area with a lot of trucks and tractors moving in and out. Dealing with building materials is a messy job, so there is usually a layer of dust on everything in the office. We keep stocks of cement, bricks, and sand for anyone who is working on a construction project nearby. It isn't a fancy place with a lobby. It’s just a big open space where we store the heavy stuff. We spend a lot of our day outside in the heat, checking the inventory and making sure the loaders are putting the right amount on the trucks. Station Road can be quite noisy with all the traffic, but we are used to the sound of horns and engines by now. We have been in Himmat Nagar 2 for several years and have seen many new buildings go up using the materials from our yard. It feels good to see the progress in the neighborhood. We keep our records in big thick books because that’s how we’ve always done it. It’s simpler than relying on a computer that might break down in the heat. We don't have a big team, just a few guys who aren't afraid of hard work. If you come by, you’ll likely find us drinking tea under the small tin roof near the entrance. We just keep things moving one truck at a time.
