Mataji Building Material

We are located on College Road right at the main Nahar Chouraha. That is the big crossroads by the canal so it is a very busy spot. We keep piles of sand and bricks out in the yard where the trucks can get to them easily. There are bags of cement stacked up under the roof so they stay dry when it rains. The ground is always a bit messy with gravel and dirt because of the heavy materials being moved around. People come here when they are building a house or just fixing a wall. We have a small room that serves as an office where we keep the receipts and take orders. The noise from the traffic at the Chouraha is constant and you can see the water in the canal from the edge of our property. It is a dusty business and we are usually covered in some kind of grit by the end of the day. We have a couple of workers who help load the trolleys and trucks. College Road stays busy with students and commuters passing by all the time. We have been at this corner for years and most people around here know us for building supplies. It is not a clean or quiet job but it is important for the local construction going on in the area. We just keep the supplies ready for whoever needs them.
