Kuldeep Cement Dipo

We have been sitting here at Sojat Road for quite a few years now. It gets pretty dusty inside the shop because of all the cement bags we move around every day. Most mornings start with a truck arriving and we spend a lot of time just loading and unloading. It is heavy work. People from around the neighborhood come by when they are fixing a wall or building something new. We just keep the stock ready so they don’t have to wait. There isn't much to look at here, just piles of bags and a small desk where we keep the books. Sometimes the phone rings and someone asks if we have a specific brand in stock and we check the pile. It's a simple business. We know the regular builders who stop by. We usually have tea in the afternoon when things quiet down a bit. The shop isn't fancy or anything. Just four walls and a lot of grey powder. We try to keep things moving so the bags don't sit too long. If you walk down Sojat Road you will probably see the white dust on the floor near our entrance. It is just how it is when you deal with cement all day. We open early because that is when the construction guys want to get their materials. It’s mostly just us doing the same routine every week. We stay busy enough to keep the doors open and that’s plenty for us. Sometimes we even help carry the bags out to the trucks if someone’s back is bothering them.
