J. N. Masala

J. N. Masala is situated at Plot No. 376 in Subhash Nagar. We’re quite close to the railway overbridge near Milgate in Pali. While we’re working, you can often hear the trains passing by. Our place isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into this one spot. Sorting through raw materials and getting the masala mixes ready takes up our days. It’s a dusty job, and the spices can make you sneeze if you aren't careful, but after all this time, we don't even notice it anymore. A big corporate office or a team of salespeople isn't part of our setup. It's mostly just family and a few helpers from the neighborhood. From the weighing to the sealing of the packets, we handle everything ourselves. The location near the overbridge makes it easy for us to get our goods out to the different markets around Pali. During the summer, the heat makes the work a bit exhausting, but we just take a break and then get back to it. Fancy words to describe what we do aren't something we like. We just make masala and try to be fair with everyone we meet. Making a living this way is simple and honest. Many businesses have come and go in Subhash Nagar, but we’re still here at Plot No. 376, doing what we know best. Pali is a good place for a business like J. N. Masala.
