I have been set up here in Bali for a good while now, right near the main building that everyone knows. It is a small place, nothing too flashy, just where I handle my daily business activities. Being in a spot like this means you see everyone who walks by, and most of them stop to chat for a minute or two. The building next to me is the main landmark, so I usually just tell people to look for that and they find me without any trouble. Life in Bali moves at its own slow pace. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so I usually keep the door open to catch whatever breeze there is from the street. There isn't much in the way of fancy office furniture here, just the basics I need to get things done like a table and some chairs. My name is Bhera Ram Choudhary, and people around here just know me by my face and the work I do. I don't spend much money on advertising because word of mouth in this town is enough. You see the same people every day, and we all help each other out when needed. Sometimes the street gets noisy with bikes and carts, but you stop noticing it after a while. It’s a simple life, really. I start early, take a break when the sun is highest, and finish up when the light starts to fade in the evening. There is always something small to do, whether it’s cleaning up or talking to a neighbor about the latest news.
