Terminal House is where we are, located in the Merchant Industrial Estate in Valiv. Valiv is a busy industrial zone, so there are always trucks moving and people working in the various units around us. It’s an area built for industry, not for sightseeing. Our building, Terminal House, is pretty functional. It has what we need to get the job done. We don't have any fancy carpets or soft music playing in the background. Instead, you hear the sounds of machinery or people talking about technical things. The estate itself is a maze of different businesses, but we have our own corner here. We spend a lot of time on the floor or at our desks, just keeping up with the schedule. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but once we are here, we just settle into the rhythm of the work. There is a lot of dust because of all the construction and movement in the area, so things need a wipe down pretty often. We usually take our breaks together and talk about regular stuff like the weather or the traffic on the way in. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a team of people in an industrial estate making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to without any fuss.
