Start with the location, because that is what defines us. Mention the factory in Vigga Village. Talk about the morning walk past the Shiv Sena Shakha. It’s a quiet spot most days except when the trucks come in. We’ve been here at Factory No. 0941 for a while now. Vishnu Nagar is where most of us live or have friends nearby. It’s not a fancy place. Just a lot of concrete and work. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit around talking until it comes back. That’s how life goes here. We handle things as they come. There’s a lot of dust in the air lately because of the construction nearby. You find your way to us by looking for the big gate. We don't have a big sign but everyone knows where we are. Usually, someone is outside taking a break or moving some materials. It's a small team, mostly people from around here. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just hear about us and show up at the door. It gets busy during the harvest season for some reason, maybe just more people moving around. We just keep the machines running and try to get home before it gets too dark. It’s decent work. Nothing too crazy happens. We just stay focused on what’s in front of us. Most of the time we are just busy with the daily chores. You might see us unloading stuff or just sitting by the gate in the evening.
