Sagarligam

I am Sagar and I run things from Nityanand Nagar Co-Op Housing Society in Thane. Specifically, I’m in unit C/403. It’s a residential building, so it feels very much like a community project rather than a stiff corporation. I’ve been living and working in this society for years. My office is just one of the rooms converted into a workspace. It’s got a view of the other buildings and the courtyard where the kids play in the evenings. Working from a housing society means you know your neighbors and you see the same faces every day. It’s a very comfortable way to live. I don’t have a big staff, it’s mostly just me handling the daily grind. I do a lot of my own filing and cleaning. It’s a bit of a trek to the main road, but I like the walk. The society is safe and quiet during the day, which helps me focus on getting the work done. I don't use any fancy talk to describe what I do. It’s just practical work that needs to be finished. Sometimes I take a nap in the afternoon if things are slow, then work later into the evening. It’s the kind of flexibility you can only get when you work like this.
