Our office is located at Hausa Apartment in Bhayander East, specifically near Goddev Naka. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like those cold, empty office parks you see in the bigger city centers. We’ve got S2 Infotech running from here, and it’s mostly about dealing with information technology and staffing needs. Being in Bhayander means we are a bit away from the main Mumbai rush, but it’s still plenty busy around the Naka. We spend our mornings going through emails and checking in with people who are looking for tech roles. The room is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. It’s a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We handle a lot of data and help companies find people for their IT departments. It’s a lot of matching resumes to jobs and making sure the skills line up. Sometimes the rains make the commute tough, but we show up and get the work finished anyway. It’s just a regular local business trying to do right by the people who come to us for help with their careers. We’ve stayed in this same spot for a while now and the locals know us. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings, we just sit at our computers and work.
