We are based at Plot No:2/3 in the Ekvira Prasad Building, which is on Chawrewadi Road in Bolinj. It’s out in Virar West, part of the Vasai Taluka. If you know the area, it’s not too hard to find. We have been working from this location for quite a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and get through the daily tasks. We mostly handle things related to construction and planning. It involves a lot of back and forth with clients and workers. Some days are spent entirely on-site, getting our shoes dirty and making sure things are being built the way they were supposed to be. Other days we are stuck at our desks in Bolinj, trying to make sense of some complicated regulations or sketching out a new layout. We don’t use a lot of big talk or try to impress people with fancy brochures. We just show them what we’ve done and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a straightforward way of working that seems to suit the people around here. Chawrewadi Road can get busy, but we’re used to the noise. We keep our overheads low and our focus on the job at hand. It’s just how we run things, day in and day out, making sure the work is solid and the clients are treated fairly.
