We are located in Block No. 30 of Shanti Garden, over in Sector 2 of Mira Road East. It is a pretty quiet residential area for the most part, which makes a nice change from the busier parts of the city. We work with food products here. It is not a massive factory; it is more of a focused operation where we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure the packaging is right before it goes out. The office part of the building is small, just enough for a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that has seen better days. We are not trying to be some huge corporation with fancy slogans. We just want to put out good food stuff that we would be happy to have in our own kitchens. Mira Road East has grown a lot since we first set up here. There are more shops and people now, but our little corner in Shanti Garden stays mostly the same. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes we have tea together in the late afternoon when the light starts to fade. It is a steady kind of job. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything leaving our door is up to a decent standard.
