Our workshop and office are tucked away in the Akraj Industrial Estate, specifically near the Raj Bucket Factory in Ghodbunder Village, Meera Road. Alisha Machines Pvt. Ltd. is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every single day. The industrial estate is a maze of small units and larger factories, and it’s always buzzing with the sound of metal being cut or engines running. We have a fair amount of space for our machines, but it always feels a bit crowded once we start on a new project. The floors are concrete and usually have some scuff marks from moving heavy equipment around. We don't have a dedicated sales team or a fancy lobby. If someone wants to talk to us, they usually just walk into the main bay. It is a bit of a drive out to Meera Road, especially with the Ghodbunder traffic, but it is a good spot for manufacturing. We have some desks in a small room off to the side where we keep the records and handle the computer work. It is hot and noisy, but that is how a machine shop should be. We just focus on building things that work and making sure the parts are delivered when they should be. We don't spend much time worrying about the office décor. As long as the tools are where they belong and the machines are running, we are satisfied with how things are going.
