We operate out of Vada in the Thane district. Our shop is number 12 in the Nilkanth Apartment building, right by Khandeshwari Naka. It’s a local spot that most people around here know. Pashte and sons is basically a family-run thing. We’ve got our roots here and we handle hotels and resorts from this small office. The address is a bit long with all the survey numbers like 368/2, but we’re easy to find. Vikramgad is close by too. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and making sure things are okay at the properties. It’s not a fancy corporate life. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get the bookings through. We’ve been in this community for a long time. People know us by name. We don’t do big national TV ads or anything. Most of our work comes from word of mouth and people seeing our sign at the Naka. It’s a practical way of doing business. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's a maintenance issue or a new guest arriving. It’s just how life goes in Thane. We have a lot of folders piled up on the shelves. Shop number 12 isn't huge, but it's enough for us to manage the family business. We've got a lot of history in Vada. Being near the Naka means we see a lot of people passing through.
