Even though the name sounds very grand, our particular spot is in the Aashirwad Complex, specifically B-101, which is located in Bhaskar Aali in Vasai West. It is a bit far out from the main city of Mumbai, but Vasai has its own charm and it is where we have set up this office. We don't have guest rooms or big dining halls here. Instead, this is where we handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running elsewhere. The complex itself is quite busy with other shops and small offices, so there is always something going on in the hallways. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee and tea because the local shops are a bit of a walk away. The office is filled with files and some old computers that still work well enough for what we need. We are a small team and we have worked together for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. It is not a polished corporate environment. We have calendars pinned to the walls and sometimes the overhead lights flicker a bit. But it is our workspace and we are proud of the work we do to support the larger brand. Most of us live nearby in Vasai, so we don't have to deal with the long train commute every day, which is a big plus for us. We just come in, do our bits, and go home to our families.
