Kshama Agro Food Producer Company Limited operates out of the Palghar Taluka Co.Op Industrial Estate on Boisar Road. We are situated near the Max Pen Co. building, which is a well-known landmark around here. Our focus is mainly on agro-food products, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the year. Being in an industrial estate means we have a lot of neighbors doing different kinds of work, but we stay focused on our own agricultural roots. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but this location works well for getting our goods moved around Palghar and beyond. The team here is small, mostly locals who understand how food processing and farming go hand in hand. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy slogans. We just show up, get the work done, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly. Sometimes the machines act up or the logistics get complicated, but we figure it out as we go. Working in Boisar is interesting because you see the mix of industry and agriculture every day. Our office is functional and does the job we need it to do. We spend a lot of time coordinating with farmers and making sure the food products are handled right. It is honest work and it keeps the community moving. We are just glad to be part of the local economy here in Palghar.
