Mindset Technology

We are located in the Mahendra CHS building on Mira Bhayander Road. Our office is unit 405, so you have to come up to the fourth floor. Mira Road East has become such a crowded place over the years, and we’ve been part of it for a bit. Mindset Technology isn't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us working out of this apartment-style office. We spend most of our day in front of screens, trying to figure out technical issues or building things for clients. It’s usually quiet inside, except for the sound of the fans or someone talking on the phone. We like being in a residential society because it feels more like a community than a cold office park. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but that’s just part of being here. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in glass rooms. We just sit at our desks and get to it. Most people who work with us found out about us from a friend or someone else in the building. We focus on the tech side of things and don't worry much about the rest. It’s a decent place to work, and we have a nice view of the road from the window. We mostly just drink a lot of coffee and try to keep up with all the changes in our field. It is a simple way to make a living.
