Milind Kumar

I’m Milind Kumar and I work out of Office No 312. It’s on the 3rd floor of Raut Arcade. The building is on Manvelpada Road in Virar East. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor but there’s an elevator most of the time. We are situated right opposite the railway subway here in Virar East. That makes it easy to find since everyone knows the subway. Thane 401305 is where we are based. The office isn't huge, but it has enough room for what I need to do. It’s usually pretty quiet up on the third floor, which helps with getting work done. Manvelpada Road is always busy with people heading to the station. I’ve been in Raut Arcade for a while now. It’s a sturdy building. I don’t really go in for the polished corporate look. The office is just a place to sit and handle the paperwork and calls. Sometimes the noise from the railway area drifts up, but you get used to it. It’s a very local spot. I don’t have a big team or anything, it’s just a straightforward operation. Being near the subway is the main thing people remember about the address. I just keep things moving one day at a time. It’s a practical location for someone living in Virar. No bells and whistles, just a desk and a chair in room 312.
