You can find us over at the Bhayander East Industrial Estate, right in building A/101 on Gudbev Road. This area is always full of noise from other workshops and factories, which is just how it is around here. Inside our place, we spend our hours looking at very small parts and tools. It takes a lot of patience to deal with surgical items because everything has to be exact. We aren't big on decorations; the walls are mostly just shelves filled with supplies and equipment that need to be checked. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we have to wait a bit, but we usually just get right back to it. It is a practical environment where we focus on the task at hand. The air smells like metal and cleaning fluids most of the time. We have been in this industrial pocket for a while, so we know most of the neighbors who work in the other units. People stop by to drop off materials or pick things up, and we just keep the rhythm going. It is not a glamorous job, but it is important to have these tools ready for the doctors who use them. We just try to be careful and steady with our hands. Every day is pretty much the same routine of checking, packing, and making sure the inventory is right for the next order.
