Condot Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based at 110, Meenakshi Chambers in Panchal Nagar. We are right near the Syndicate Bank in Bhayandar (East), which is a useful landmark since the building can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The office itself is pretty functional. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of technical equipment stacked in the corners. Bhayandar (East) is a crowded place, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to the station. We've been in this building for a long time. The walls are painted a dull cream color and we have a few plants on the windowsills that we sometimes forget to water. It’s not a high-end corporate suite. It’s a workplace where we handle coding, system checks, and client calls. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other's families and lunch habits. We usually share food in the small break area. The lift in Meenakshi Chambers can be a bit temperamental, so we often end up walking the stairs. It’s a good way to stay active, I suppose. During the monsoon, the rain hits the windows so hard you can barely hear the phones ringing. We just keep our heads down and get through the work. It’s a regular business run by regular people who care about doing the job right. We just take it one day at a time here.
