Our office is tucked away on the 8th floor of Pallavi Appt. We are right in the Shivaji Nagar area of Thane West. If you know the neighborhood, we are very close to the Shiv Sena Office, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. Being in Rabodi-II means we are in a very busy, local part of Thane. 3M India Ltd has a lot of history in this building. Being up on the 8th floor is nice because it gets us away from the noise of the street traffic for a little bit, though you can still hear the horns honking down below. The elevator in Pallavi Appt is small, so we often have to wait a bit in the morning, but that is just part of the daily routine here. We have a small team of people who handle all the administrative work and the technical details. It isn’t a fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is a lived-in space with plenty of files and computers. We focus on the work at hand and don't spend much time on fancy presentations or meetings that go on forever. Most of us live nearby in Thane, so we understand the local area pretty well. When the workday is over, we usually head down and navigate the crowds to find a rickshaw near the main road. It is just an honest day of work in a busy city.
