Mathrock Tutorials

We are located up on the sixth floor of Sanghvi Tower, in the Hatkesh area of Mira Road. If you know where Eden Bakery is, we are just right near there. It is a residential building, so it feels very much like a neighborhood spot rather than a business. Mathrock Tutorials is run out of E/603. It can be a bit of a journey in the elevator some days when it is slow or being used by people moving furniture, but we have got a good view of the area once you get up here. The rooms are filled with chairs and we have got some old cupboards for all the math books and supplies. It is often quite busy in the evenings when everyone is back from school. We spend our time going through papers and making sure the students are actually getting their work done. The bakery downstairs always smells like fresh bread, which is a bit of a distraction when we are hungry in the afternoon. We are just regular people who happen to be good with numbers. There is nothing too fancy about the way we work. We have some old desks and a few fans that hum constantly while we talk. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we just keep the windows open to catch the breeze. Most of our day is spent at the big table, writing things down and explaining bits of algebra. It is a steady, simple routine.
