Mani Place

We’ve been here at Mani Place for quite a while now. If you’re walking down the Bhayander East Main Road, you’ll likely see our sign. It’s a busy spot with cars honking and people rushing by to catch their trains or get to work. We mostly just focus on keeping things running smooth day to day. It’s not a big fancy operation. There are just a few of us here. Some mornings are quiet, and we just sit and watch the traffic while we wait for the first person to come in. Other times, it gets really hectic and we’re all moving fast. We don't really use any big words to describe what we do. We just show up and handle the business. The walls are a bit plain and maybe the floor has some scratches from over the years, but it’s our space. People from around the neighborhood stop in often. We know most of them by their faces, even if we don’t always remember every name. It’s been interesting to see how Bhayander East has grown. There are more buildings now and it feels more crowded than it used to be. But our spot on the main road stays pretty much the same. We open the shutters early, turn on the lights, and get to work. It’s just what we do. We don't have any big plans to change things up. We’re just here if you need us. Some days are long, but we just take them one at a time.
