Krishna Sagar Public School

Krishna Sagar Public School is located in the Wood Stock Bldg over in Beverly Park. We are right in the Mira Road area of Thane. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here for a good bit of time now. The building is easy to find if you know where Beverly Park is. I usually get here early to open up the gates and check on the classrooms. We don't have a massive campus with stadiums, but we have what’s necessary for a school to run properly. We focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure the kids actually understand their lessons. The staff is mostly local people who live nearby. It makes things easier for everyone involved. We have our desks and our chairs and the blackboards, and that is about it. It’s a very practical way of doing things. No fancy brochures or big promises that we can’t keep. Dealing with the daily administration in Thane is a lot of work, especially with the weather and the commute, but we keep the school going regardless. Parents often drop by to talk about their kids, and we just sit in the office and chat. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We just want to make sure the day ends with everyone having learned something new. It’s a long day from morning to evening, but we are used to the rhythm of it now.
