Joshi Surgicals

Our shop is located at Ambar Palace in Bhayander East. We’ve been here for a good while, supplying various surgical items and medical equipment to the local community. It’s a small space, so we have boxes stacked nearly to the ceiling in some corners. We try to keep things organized, but it can be a challenge when new shipments come in. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for specific medical supplies for themselves or their family members. We spend a lot of time explaining how different items work or finding the right size for something. It’s quiet work for the most part, though Bhayander East can get pretty noisy outside. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us who know where everything is kept. The building, Ambar Palace, is easy to find if you know the area. We like being in this spot because it’s convenient for people living nearby. We aren't doing any big advertising or trying to be a huge chain. We just want to make sure we have the items people need when they are dealing with health issues. It feels good to be helpful in that way. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to keep the shelves stocked and get people what they are asking for.
