You’ll find us at Shop No. 4 on the ground floor of the New Swamisamarth Apartment. We’re in the Maheshpark area, right across from the Shirish Chavan bungalows on Tulinj Road in Nallasopara East. It’s a busy part of town, and the road can get quite noisy with all the rickshaws and people moving about. We’ve been operating out of this small ground-floor space for a while now. The shop is usually packed with towers, screens, and tangled wires. It’s a real working environment, so things aren’t always perfectly neat. We spend our time fixing motherboards, cleaning out dust from fans, and helping people get their computers back in order. Most of our customers are locals who live within walking distance. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when three or four people are inside at once. We like being on Tulinj Road because it's easy for people to find us. We’ve got a couple of ceiling fans that struggle to keep the place cool in the summer, but we manage. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we do our work. We don’t try to sell people stuff they don’t need. We just look at what’s wrong and tell them what can be done. It's a busy life here in Nallasopara, but we enjoy it.
