Getting to our place in Virar West can be a bit of a trek if you aren't used to the crowds. We are located at Level Three in the Heramb Apartment. Most people find us by looking for the Siyarams Showroom first because that building is much easier to spot from Vartak Road. Once you go behind there, you will see our entrance. It is a bit of a climb up to the third floor, especially when the lift is acting up, which happens more than I would like to admit. Inside, it is usually a mess of cables and old monitors. We have been doing computer stuff here for a long time. It is a noisy job sometimes with all the fans running and people talking over each other. Virar has grown so much lately, and the traffic on Vartak Road is getting worse every year. We see a lot of the same faces coming in with the same broken screens or slow hard drives. It is just a regular shop where we try to fix what is brought to us. There is no air conditioning in the hallway, so it gets pretty hot in the summer. We keep a few chairs for people to wait, but they are usually covered in spare parts. It is just how we work here. We are not some big corporate repair center. We are just here in the apartment doing what we know and trying to stay on top of the repairs.
