Our place is in Virar, specifically in the Green Park Co-operative Society. We are in unit C/26. Virar is quite a distance from the main Mumbai city, so it’s a bit more open here, though it's growing fast. The society is a typical residential complex. We’ve set up our work here because it’s convenient and close to where some of us live. Maharashtra can get very humid, especially in Virar near the coast, so we have fans going all the time to keep things moving. The office itself is quite simple. We haven't done much to the walls or the floors since we moved in. It’s more about having a functional space than looking pretty. We spend most of our time on our computers or on the phone. Sometimes we go out to the small park in the society just to get some air during a break. We are part of the local community here, and everyone knows each other. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just do what’s required and help each other out when the workload gets heavy. The train station isn't too far, which is helpful for getting around. We keep our operations straightforward and don't make things more complicated than they need to be. It’s an honest day’s work in a quiet corner of the suburb. We’re just regular people making a go of it here and trying to keep everything running smoothly.
