Harini Cafe sits over in Bamroli 9, right in the middle of the Mira Road area. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit cramped when it's raining or during the lunch break. We started this place because we wanted something simple nearby. Most of the time, it's just a couple of us behind the counter making tea and snacks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we're usually busy with the stove or cleaning tables. We get a lot of people from the nearby offices and some of the college kids too. They usually just want something quick before they head back to work or catch the bus. We don't have a huge menu, just the things we know how to make well. Sometimes we run out of things by late afternoon, which can be annoying for some, but we try to buy everything fresh every morning. The chairs aren't the softest, but people don't seem to mind much. It’s a loud place sometimes with everyone talking at once. We like the noise, actually, it makes the day go by faster. If you're looking for us, we're right near the main junction. It’s just a basic cafe where you can get a hot drink and sit for a minute. Nothing more to it than that. We just try to keep the lights on and the water boiling for whoever walks in.
