Golden Valley Resort

You will find us in Kajupada Village, which is along the Ghodbunder Thane Road. We are quite close to Chene Creek, and the air out here feels a bit different than it does in the middle of Thane. The resort is located right near the Kajupada bus stop, so it’s easy for people to find us even if they don't have a car. It is a very quiet area, mostly surrounded by trees and a few local houses. We spend most of our time looking after the grounds. There is always a lawn to mow or some plants that need watering. The buildings are simple and we try to keep them clean and functional. We don't have any fancy fountains or high-tech systems. It's more of a place where you can hear the birds and the wind in the trees. Sometimes, when the traffic on the main road is light, you can even hear the water from the creek. The staff here is like a small family. We all pitch in with the cleaning and the cooking. It’s a lot of physical work, especially during the monsoon when the grass grows so fast. We have a small office near the entrance where we keep the books and take bookings. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We aren't trying to be a luxury hotel. We just provide a place for people to stay and enjoy the quiet.
