Dhrubajyoti Majumder

My name is Dhrubajyoti Majumder and I run my teaching sessions out of my place in Mira Road, Thane. Specifically, I am located in Block I, Building Number 62, Room Number 104, within the Poonam Sagar Complex. It’s a large residential complex, so it’s quite a safe and familiar environment for the students who live nearby. I’ve set up a part of my living space to act as a classroom. It has the necessary desks and a board where I explain things. It’s not a commercial office, so it feels more like a home, which I think helps the students feel a bit more relaxed. I’ve lived here for quite some time and started teaching because there was a need for it in the area. Most of my day is spent preparing materials or sitting with students over their math or science problems. Since I work from Navghar Building, I don't have to commute, which is nice. The complex has a lot of movement during the day with people coming and going. My neighbors are used to seeing students arrive in the evenings. I don't use any fancy software or have a team of people working for me. It’s just me and the students. I keep a calendar on the wall to track the exam dates and the lessons we need to cover. It’s a very quiet and focused way of working. I usually wrap up my sessions by dinner time and then get ready for the next day.
